Her experience incorporates all aspects of interface design including personas, usability testing, information architecture, user interface design, and heuristic evaluations. Mimi has worked on web and desktop applications designing a range of solutions from simple content web sites to complex desktop applications requiring sophisticated interaction modeling. She has managed several teams working toward international product releases. Some of her past clients include Intel, Vodafone, Honda, Vail Resorts, Sony Corporation, and Lucent. She received her BS degree in Information Systems from the University of Colorado, Boulder. |

Kipp Lynch, PhD, Senior Consultant Kipp holds a doctorate in cognitive psychology, specializing in visual perception. He has worked in the human factors and user interface design field for fourteen years. Dr. Lynch has built and led cognitive design and user experience teams, performed contextual research, usability testing, and interaction design. Some of his clients include Nationwide Insurance, McKinsey & Co., Lucent, Nokia, GE Plastics, and Swets & Zeitlinger. He has also headed research and development laboratories in human computer interaction and ergonomics for several international consulting firms. Dr. Lynch is a frequent speaker at user experience conferences and publishes on the subject. |
