Nokia SCRUM survey
Friday, January 16th, 2009Many of Limina’s clients use a variety of Agile development processes, and range from dogmatic SCRUM to a lightweight iterative process that borrows methods that work with their teams. Like many companies, the implementation of processes can even vary from team to team.
Our friends at Nokia developed a survey to see just how much variation was occurring in their SCRUM processes company-wide. The survey is now out for all willing participants to take and gain some perspective on how varied our approaches are. Courtesy of the agile-usability yahoo group, you can participate in the study and get a copy of the study results.
Enjoy!
